Concierge
Leave the flying to us. For an additional charge we will pick up your plane or, after flying in, fly you back to your home base anywhere in the Northeast. After servicing we'll fly your plane back for you.

Flat rate annual inspections include the following and meet the requirements of 14 CFR Appendix D to Part 43. These prices will vary based on single or twin aircraft.
1 hour of AD research (If more than 1 hour is needed it will be extra)
Clean, gap, test, rotate spark plugs
Pre and Post run up for systems check
Compression check
Servicing battery
Oil and filter change **

Lubrication and servicing of pulleys, hinges, and bell cranks
Cleaning, inspection and repacking of wheel bearings
Landing gear extension/retraction test, if required

After the inspection has been completed, the Aircraft owner is notified and all of the inspection findings are discussed to ensure there are no surprises. Flat rate price includes labor for the inspection, required service, one hour of AD research, and completion of logbook entries.
Price does not include parts and consumables (oil, oil filter, shop supplies, etc.) required for the annual inspection.
All parts & labor for the correction of discrepancies and any additional items which may be required will be evaluated and quoted separately.
Any special inspections for continued airworthiness per an installed STC, FAA form 337, Airworthiness Directive, etc. will be charged per hour at normal shop rate. All parts and required repairs are not included in the flat rate and will also be at normal shop rates.
