Avionics

Radio and instrument installation.

Concierge

Leave the flying to us. For an additional charge we will pick up your plane or, after flying in, fly you back to your home base anywhere in the Northeast. After servicing we'll fly your plane back for you.

Detailing

Dry wash, bright work, seal and polish, quick turn service, wet wash, interior detail, carpet extraction, leather conditioning, fiber protection.

GSE repair

We understand the need for reliable ground support equipment (GSE) to ensure on-time aircraft departures. Mechanics are available for every vehicle type used in aircraft GSE.

Line maintenance

Performing everything from routine turnaround and overnight checks to rectification of non-routine aircraft log entries and the most complex in-service repairs, we can customize our services to fit your needs.

Maintenance management

Scheduling of maintenance events with a shop of your choice, or via competitive bid. On-site representation during inspections and major maintenance events, monthly maintenance projections. Review of all maintenance invoices prior to authorization and payment.

Major modifications

Installation of STC and STOL kits.

Warranty repair

Warranty service for Lycoming, Cessna, Piper, and Beechcraft.

Flat Rate Annual Inspections

Flat rate annual inspections include the following and meet the requirements of 14 CFR Appendix D to Part 43

  • 1 hour of AD research (If more than 1 hour is needed it will be extra)
  • Clean, gap, test, rotate spark plugs
  • Pre and Post run up for systems check
  • Compression check
  • Servicing battery
  • Oil and filter change **
  • Air filter change **
  • Lubrication and servicing of pulleys, hinges, and bell cranks
  • Cleaning, inspection and repacking of wheel bearings
  • Landing gear extension/retraction test, if required
  • Mag to engine timing
  • Removal and installation of inspection panels and interior as necessary for inspection
  • ELT test and inspection per FAR 91.207 **

After the inspection has been completed, the Aircraft owner is notified and all of the inspection findings are discussed to ensure there are no surprises. Flat Rate price include labor for the inspection, required service, one hour of AD research and completion of logbook entries.

Price does not include parts and consumables required for the annual inspection. (oil, oil filter, shop supplies, etc.)

All parts & labor for the correction of discrepancies and any additional items which may be required will be evaluated and quoted separately.

Any special inspections for continued airworthiness per an installed STC, FAA form 337, Airworthiness Directive, etc. will be charged per hour at normal shop rate. All parts and required repairs are not included in the flat rate and will also be at normal shop rates.
